Here’s how the numbers work. You receive a substantial share of every placement: gross profit paid weekly, on a paid-when-paid basis, with no thresholds or conditions.

You place a candidate on a £60,000 salary at 20%. That’s a £12,000 fee. Platform fee: £1,800.
